Description:
A colorful, occasionally encountered grasshopper at this location. It is missing a hind leg.
Habitat:
Spotted on a small palm tree in a large semi-urban yard & garden situated next to a disturbed patch of remnant forest. This is the equatorial tropics of northern New Guinea.
