Description:

I am pretty sure this is some type of crow. I am not sure which one though. It was perched on one of the very top branches of a tree, with many other trees surrounding it. There were a lot of others that I saw flying.

Habitat:

I know that like to be perched on a high branch that overlooks some sort of water so that they can watch for prey. There was not any water, but maybe it looks for other things from that high branch

Looks like a crow to me. No hook in the beak, which it longer than a hawk's.
