Nymphalidae, Nymphalinae, Junonini, Junonia sp. and either Junonia genoveva or Junonia evarete. Not distinguishable from this picture, you would need to see the underside of the antennae.
Junonia coenia is a species of US and the Caribbean and not found in Bolivia although there is mentioned in Wiki in Colombia. I am very sceptic about this info. Unfortunately you cannot trust most of the IDs you will find about these 2 species...

I saw this interesting fact to explain the color on your Buckeye: Common buckeyes exhibit seasonal polyphenism, the summer version of the butterfly has light yellowish ventral wings and is called "linea". The fall morph has pink ventral wings, and is called the "rosa" morph.
