Field Notes

Notes:

Finally! After almost a year of trying to find bighorn sheep, I finally found a small heard that had moved into lower elevation due to the rut and changing tempatures! The weather quickly turned from sun to snow but it was wonderful watching these sentinels of the Rocky Mountains!

Thanks Gary! I have been itching to photograph these guys for a while. Not the best shots but at least I got some!
Thank you KathleenMcEachern and AryaMansourzadeh!
Thank you Cindy! Hopefully I will have another chance in the near future to head up the mountain and get some shots! They are so cool to watch!
