Being sceptic with the species, I found another one: http://diplopoda.org/diplopoda/Xystodesmidae/Rhysodesmini/index.html Note the "reddish" feet.

This is a Flat-backed Millipede, Polydesmidae. My closest guess would be: Xystodesmidae, Rhysodesmini, Cherokia georgiana. Please, verify!! These guys seems to be very variable! http://bugguide.net/node/view/97398/bgimage
