Field Notes

Description:

Black beetle on a piece of word that broke off a piece of the tree. It has four legs. The body is bigger then the head and the mouth they bite the wood and in the the wood they have a pattern they make in the wood. Very fast runner.

Habitat:

In the forest down the river by Emmetsburg. It lives in the the trees and they can run away from prey.
