Description:

These photos were taken with a point-and-shoot camera through a birding spotting scope. The colors vary a bit because the digiscoping was through two different scopes. It did give a nice close-up of a bird that was too far for my zoom lens to capture well. They almost look like paintings rather than photos.

Thanks, Christy! Joshua, I was with a birding group and two other birders had scopes. I didn't look to see what kind of scopes they were, only looked through them from time to time!
