Description:

O. mucida is a gilled wood rot mushroom. It is in season late summer to late autumn. The cap is white and covered with a semi-translucent and slimy membrane.

Habitat:

Found in Belgrad Forest, a mixed deciduous forest located in Istanbul, Turkey. Approx. Elevation: 100m.

Notes:

The mushroom was growing on a dead standing Beech tree.
