Description:

The buffalo treehopper grows to be around 8 mm, it's green with exeption for its wings that is transparent and the small white dots on its torso. The body shape is triangular which makes the treehopper resemble a thorn as a camouflage agaist predators. This species is invasive in some European countries and is native to North America.

Habitat:

Dense under-vegetation, close to man-made pond and leaf forest, farmland.
