Field Notes

Description:

We saw a lot of GBH's this trip, but none of them behaved for me! I love the colors in this but it's not very clear. They would be hanging out on the shorelines of the lakes, but hard to see until we almost on top of them...then they'd fly away! Northern Minnesota.

Habitat:

Freshwater chain of lakes in Northern Minnesota, surrounded by forest.
