Description:

Is it, Apatalodes pandarioides? I thought it was a Sphinx....

Habitat:

Gallery Forest. 900 Meters-3000 feet above sea level, next to Tanaka National Park, a Pasture , and in a Garden with Endemic trees, plants and flowers of Costa Rica.

Apatalodes for sure, but not really sure if it is really Apatalodes pandarioides. There are several others, identical looking ones around. I have no clue to separate them. Maybe Apatalodes cf. pandarioides would be a compromise at the moment until we know more about it.
