Epilachnini are a difficult group . . . and I fear we cannot even give genus level IDs from photos in future, after I have read this:

Coccinellidae, Coccinellinae, Epilachnini, Epilachna sp. and rather Epilachna indica than Epilachna admirabilis, which would usually have much larger spots:
