Field Notes

Description:

Pale/white-ish green with black scales on upperside forewing along apical to marginal. These black scales are much reduced in male compared to female (https://www.projectnoah.org/spottings/1487711295).

Habitat:

Home backyard.

Notes:

When I spotted this one, it was caught by a weaver ant (Oecophylla smaragdina). The light brown colour in the 4th picture is probably due to the ant's poison. The ant missed its meal but it seems it managed to have done fair damage to this one's wings.
