Field Notes

Description:

This one was much brighter orange than the other globular springtails I found. I am unsure if they are different species or just different color morphs and I will submit to bugguide. Found among two species of Elongate-bodied Springtails as well.

Habitat:

Large boulder with algae on it in a shady area
