Description:

This Osprey was having a Crappie day!! (Sorry...couldn't help it!!) ;-)
This Osprey was carrying off a Crappie (ID'd by my brother and cousin, the family fishermen). He was harassed a bit by a group of Bald Eagles, but got away with his catch.

Habitat:

Freshwater chain of lakes in Northern Minnesota, surrounded by forests.
