Plant is covered in white stuff
The branches are bending

Habitat:

Tree is south facing
White covered soil on ground
Building blocking the north exposure
No other pine trees nearby

Notes:

Diagnosis and Recommendation
The tree is covered in snow
No need to spray a pesticide, or water the plant
If the branches bend too much, remove the snow to prevent breakage
