I believe what you have here is a young white ibis. White-faced ibis are further west, so it isn't likely to be that. Glossy ibis will be found in this area probably as well, but probably won't have this much mottling. Let's see if you get other comments. At this point I'm leaning towards a white ibis, but I don't have lots of experience birding in your area. Good luck....
