If you ever see one in Italy there are more species and subspecies there too :-)
Actually it's interesting that I did't remember it but I had already one Marbled White in my collection that I had found in Germany. So now I have two slightly different species from different parts of Europe...

Ranges overlap in north Spain and south France". In M. galathea, the basal end of the forewing cell is shaded black. It is mostly entirely white here.
