I think what you have here is a Common Baskettail dragonfly (Epitheca cynosura). See http://bugguide.net/node/view/10646 for more information. The problem is that there is another species, the Spiny Baskettail (Epitheca spinigera), which varies from the Common Baskettail only by a tiny spine on the cerci. See http://bugguide.net/node/view/17816 for more information. Could be either. The spine is hard to see unless you have the insect in hand though. Probably the best you'll be able to do is Epitheca sp. Great shot of a flying dragonfly!
