Nice shots, Linda! This looks very similar to a Faint-spotted Angle (Digrammia ocellinata). Bugguide and Moth Photographers Group don't have any images of the caterpillars (in fact I can't find any photos online of the caterpillars) but there is one in my "Caterpillars of Eastern North America" field guide (Princeton). They come in this color and the shape looks to be correct. I only have one reference though so I will leave it to you to decide!
