In https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cosmophasis.... this Jumping Spider is listed as: Cosmophasis parangpilota Barrion & Litsinger, 1995 – Philippines. There is no mention of any other distribution. Since the World Spider Catalog also mentions only the Philippines, in its distribution section, I think it is safe to assume that this spider is endemic to the Philippines.

Sorry, for now I cannot ID this species because I have tried many times before but no ID match was found. I will inform you as soon as I found it's species name.
Nice spotting, we have this in Sabah too, but only seen once.
