Field Notes

Description:

Small salticid of about 4mm body length; golden hairs on anterior cephalothorax and 1st half of the abdomen, with the rest of the body being dark, orange/red hairs around its six visible eyes and a blue sheen on 1st leg segment.

Habitat:

Coastal rainforest near the town of Lenakel on Tanna Island.
