Okay, it'll be interesting to see what you find out!
It looks like a 4th instar of Brochymena sp. which are commonly called rought stink bugs. I'm not sure what species it is. B. qudripustulata is common across the US, and I am currently rearing some that are in the 3rd instar. I'll let you know what the 4th look like (if they survive.) However, there are a lot of Brochymena species and the keys that are available, in my opinion, are a little unclear.
