Field Notes

Description:

White amanita with broadly convex caps about 50 mm across. The caps were covered with patches of pale yellow crumbly universal veil remnants. The exposed cap were smooth and shiny. Stipe was white, showed a narrow annulus and a slightly thick base. Gills were white and crowded.

Habitat:

Eucalyptus forest - nature reserve.
