The Marine Blue looks really close and also fits with range and territory
Thanks Sanjay Saklani. Looking at the range of the Miami Blue I don't think it might be the same one because this one is in the Pacific Coast of Mexico.

I wish you could click some more pictures.As it has become critically endangered, and may be the rarest insect in the United States. Its numbers have recently been increased by a captive breeding program at the Florida Museum of Natural History.
Not sure but it looks a lot like the Miami Blue.....
