Description:

Bright red with orange spots.

Habitat:

Just a few yards away from a small pond. Log was just above a drainage area that leads into the creek below.

Notes:

My lifer newt eft. After six hours looking for snakes, this was the highlight of the day. It was 70F and sunny.
