Description:

Migratory shorebird; winter plumage: grey wings and back, buffy chest, dark down-curved bill, white-eye stripe, white rump (similar to Dunlin)

Habitat:

Manicured grassy lawn (normally you would see them along the shoreline)

Notes:

Each morning this week there have been 4 - 8 birds feeding in this area of the grassy "Green Spine". They are getting used to people and workers walking by. Project Noah is not saving the pull-down menu category for Birds.
