In an orange tree plantation.

This is a beautiful beetle. Luis, I think it is a type of Blister Beetle. Possibly this Group: http://bugguide.net/node/view/556886/bgpage?from=0 It's quite possible that these occur in Mexico since they are found in Texas. I don't know enough about their range though.
