Yes, you're right about the blue speculum being associated with the Mallard. Of course it could also be a hybrid form between the Grey and the Mallard, as unfortunately such crosses between the more aggressive Mallard drakes and the Grey ducks is supposedly what causing the Grey to disappear as a pure-bred species. Thank you. I have looked it up again A pacific black duck is the same as a grey duck. But now i think this is a mallard becasue of the blue wing feathers. Thank yo for helping me. Luka
