Field Notes

Description:

A small moth about 10 mm long. Pale yellow fore wings were tented-up with brown tinged trailing margins held flat against each other. Each fore wing had a faint black mark near the submarginal area. The basal part of the wing ( base of the Costa) was brown. The head had a bright yellow tuft of setae.

Habitat:

Spotted resting on narrow-leaf Red Ironbark ( Eucalyptus tricarpa)
