It could be Nezara viridula, but an alternative could be a green stink bug (Chinavia hilare), whose range extends further north than N. viridula. Take a look at this page and see what you think: http://bugguide.net/node/view/9058/bgpage.

Thank you, but strange its supposed to live in the South and this is not Southern weather at all!
