Same species as your other magpie spotting. I agree it's a juvenile. See how the nape of the neck has a greyish tinge? That is also the easiest way to distinguish male from female as adult birds. Juvenile males have the grey tinge until they mature, then it turns pure white. Your other spotting is definitely an adult male.
