Description:

Hesperiidae; Hesperiinae; Halpe luteisquama Mabille, 1876. This species is endemic to the Philippines.

Habitat:

Spotted in the backyard of the rice mill when it landed, just for a moment, on foliage growing under a clump of Spiny Bamboo.
