Flor de árbol de mismo nombre que crece de 3 a 8 metros de altura. Árbol de madera blanda, con presencia de latex y tallos floríferos. La floración se da en los meses de noviembre y diciembre.

Habitat:

Selva seca (Selva tropófila)
