Field Notes

Description:

Little butterfly, quite easy to miss.
Underside of back wing without big black spots.
The forewings are dark brown with reddish yellow in the discal region on both sides,with black spots. the hindwings are notched with a pair of small twin tails and with a reddish orange discal region. Grey beneath, with small very black spots.

Habitat:

Spotted at a small prairy in an open pine tree and holm oak forest. Dehesa de Valdelatas
