Bugs are hard to identify, in part because there are so many of them. Many species you would have to take a "key" to figure it out (basically saying does it have trait A6 if so go to B9, if not, continue to A7)(eventually it leads to a specie name). Also, if your insect is not super charismatic, already easy to identify, or a pest, then don't expect much help from the web.
