By the way, "Rhinatus", which I believe it to be, means "angry rhino". How cool is that?
Over 40,000 types of weevils in the world. You might have to take the picture to a museum or zoo to get more info.
Probably one of the two Rhinastus species from Brazil - either Rhinastus sternicornis or Rhinastus Latesternus.
Definitely a weevil. Sadly, I can't get much more specific than that.
