The Pacific Swallow has no tail streamers and is only 13 cm long. The Welcome Swallow (Hirundo neoxena) does have streamers, longer on the male, and is shown as 15 cm, not sure if that includes streamers. I checked from my books, will look at wikipedia later.
I added the Wikipedia link for you. It looks almost exactly like our Welcome swallow.
