Life stage : Adult
Observations:
a. Compared to common house-fly, it seems less agile, little slow and small in size.
b. Thick-pink colored eyes.

Habitat:

Spotted inside the car parking very close to open abandoned area with lot of plants.

Notes:

It looks like some species of Genus Anthomyia.
