Description:
When the tree frog was first captured, his color was greenish (see first photo), but within several minutes his skin had changed to a pale gray (see following photos).
Also, shortly after handling him, I inadvertently touched my eye, which a few minutes later began to sting, and continued to sting until I irrigated it. I suppose his skin secreted some kind of mild toxin.
Habitat:
Found in a country backyard next to a pool.
