Field Notes

Habitat:

diurnal, arboreal, and are often found near water. Introduced invasive here in South Florida were it can be found in the suburbs particularly in parks and near canals.

Notes:

This bright green juvenile was basking on a boulder in the wooded area of the park well away from the large adults that congregate on the rock banks of the canal nearby.
