Field Notes
Description:
In the afternoon, I spotted one small reptile, resting on the outside, of the left front window. This reptile, was resting on a ledge, right next to the window pane. This reptile, was about one and one half inches long. The color of this reptile, was different shades of brown. Diet: Brown Anoles, feed on small arthropods, such as: crickets, moths, ants, grasshoppers, cockroaches, mealworms, spiders, and waxworms. Etc.
Habitat:
Brown Anoles, are generally less arboreal ( living in trees ), and are usually found on the ground, or in low vegetation. Brown Anoles, thrive in almost any habitat, and are often abundant in suburban, or even in urban areas.
Notes:
I spotted one reptile, resting on the outside, of the left front window, during the early afternoon. This reptile was small. About one and one half of an inch long.
