Field Notes

Description:

After logging about 77 acres of dense virgin forrest, I spotted this plant. It was near the top of a hill. About 25 yards down hill is a small creek. Please help identify.

Habitat:

Recently logged virgin forrest. On top of a rocky (natural gravel) hill.

Notes:

Wild. Don't assume anyone planted it because I know for a fact that it is wild.
