I'm not sure Chun, I'm not familiar enough with Sciaridae (or the flies at large) to really say. Looks like I'll have to do some research!

Would you agree with Sciaridae - dark-winged fungus gnat. Though it's wings look a bit larger than ordinary Sciaridae species.
