Description:

Roses are one of my favorite flowers with their wonderful fragrance. They are best known as ornamental plants grown for flowers in the garden. Used for commercial perfume. Used as landscape plants. Frequently browsed by deer. Most roses have five petals. Most rose stems have "thorns" or "prickles". Comes in many colors and are beautiful both in the bud stage and in full bloom.

Habitat:

These lovely roses were spotted in the beautiful gardens at Hillwood Gardens in Washington, DC
