Description:

Oxalis triangularis, τhe false shamrock plant is a bulb type flowering plant and edible perennial which is also known as the purple shamrock or wood sorrel from the oxalis genus. It is endemic to Brazil, but it is a very popular pot and garden ornamental plant cultivated worldwide.
It was spotted in the yard of a local monastery in Othrys mountain, Greece.
