I'd go with grape vine, as it looks like the tendrils fork to wrap around the leaf. Don't let this stuff get into an area of trees where you might want to cut them down later; it's a pain in the back to get rid of!

Could be either grape vine or green briar tendrils, latter if the vine had thorns.
