Thanks Neil, I think it is Schoenoplectus pungens as You did suggest.
Marek, another species that is very similar to my ID suggestion, and also found in Europe, is Schoenoplectus mucronatus. It has to be one or the other. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Schoenoplectus_mucronatus
