Description:

small wasp, partial lateral yellow strips, bumpy head with three prominent eye spots and very large eyes laterally

Habitat:

Perched on the grass stem in a meadow

Notes:

This is my second posting of this Genus of wasp, the antennae are clearer in this photo and so are the amazing hairs all over its body.
