Description:

Looked like a dried bit of Lagerestromia petal clinging to the undersurface of a basil leaf.....and because two such plants/trees were nearby I would have missed it. Looked white and brown but when I cropped the photo it appears to have pale blue windows on its wings.

Habitat:

This one was on a basil plant in a small garden attached to a house,
